Historical Boutique Hotel is located inside the Old City, close to the fortress wall along the wall About 3 minutes’ walk to get to the Icheri Shakher metro station (former Baksovet). In the opposite direction, walk a little longer to Neftchillar Avenue and the Boulevard. Next to the metro there is a beautiful green park, the former Governor's Garden. Excellent location - 10 The hotel itself is clean, freshly renovated, the design style is "luxury", decorated with taste. The eye was pleased, although I am not a fan of this style at all. The mattresses are new, comfortable and flat (without dips and sagging, as it happens in other hotels). The bathroom is spacious and clean and They clean well, and bring 2 bottles of mineral water. There is a mini-fridge, kettle, safe and air conditioning. In the bathroom - hairdryer. The stairs are also always clean. Excellent soundproofing. You can hardly hear anyone in the neighboring rooms. Cleanliness -10 Breakfast: fresh bread, olives, 2 types of cheese, butter, honey and jam in small plastic containers (like on an airplane) and sliced cucumber and tomato. You can order eggs from about 10 types (hard-boiled, fried, with tomatoes, omelets, etc.) and oatmeal. Kitchener Gulnar cooks them very tasty. Breakfast -9 Administrator Daniil is a very friendly and kind young man, who helped us a lot all the time. You could ask him a request or a question, and he always responded readily. And most importantly, he was able to solve all the problems we addressed. Including talking to someone in Azerbaijani, Russian or English, if we had difficulties with this. In addition, he is a smart and polite conversationalist. We are very grateful to Daniil for the fact that our vacation went smoothly and pleasantly.

Fast check in and out. Respected the price quoted. Very smooth ride, 7 min to the airport on the free shuttle, that runs every 30 min, from Pick up Zone 2 at the airport. You can take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and the Indybus to the city of Indianapolis, which is a $2 ride for 2 hours if you need to transfer. Uber is appr 20 min and avg $25. However, the Indybus is bumpy and rather long. Still worth taking for an experience, and if you are not pressed with time. The hotel was spotless every where, high-quality sheets, good furnishings, and a comfy bed. Great breakfast and dinner: both reasonably priced. Very kind and efficient staff. Stayed again after my flight was delayed. Visited the Newfields just to stroll through this fabulous park designed by Olmsted. Yes, the same guy who did the Central Park in NYC!!!

Fantastic location across from the huge Park-and-Relax for Indy Airport, which we had used for our 4-day Xmas vacation. Staying at this hotel before/after due to the flight time. Perfect! Our booking.com reservation included a breakfast -- which was quite a surprise, because they gave us a menu and said pick any of the ca. 14 dishes. I had Eggs Benedict and my partner the Veggy skillet; both of which we took home leftovers. The shower was delightful.

Our families stay at IHG was great!! We requested 2 rooms side for our son and ourselves. Unfortunately, we did not get rooms close as planned but everything else was perfect! In a world where things are so terribly bad and not well done, our stay at IHG was outstanding! Thank you for a job well done in all areas IHG!! We will be back! Sincerely, Angel Ball and Family

The heat kept going off and turning air conditioning on. Than the alarm on the nightstand woke me up twice. Wasn't the location I expected. Thought the breakfast was good until I got sick in the way home. Only stayed a night and was expensive but what's not. Very clean hotel and nice staff .. free coffee in lobby was good
